Start delayed by hour and half for the wind to fill in.  Pretty crowded at the committee boat end of the line but made good progress down the beat to South East Ryde Middle once we got into some clean air.  Good approach to the mark and kite up on rounding for fairly sedate down wind leg to Flying Fish.  Complete cods up dropping the spinnaker at the mark when the loop got caught on the forestay fitting, also managed to to loose a winch handle over the side and hit the buoy for a one place penalty.  Next leg was back to SE Ryde Middle for a shortened course finish due to light winds.  Decided to go to the Island side where there should have been better tide but the wind filled in from the mainland and all the boats over that side gained and we ended up at the back of the fleet behind boats we had previously overtaken.
