Good start at pin end of line and a beat to the first mark at Sevenstar Yacht Transport. Potentially a kite leg to Quinell but as it turns out it was sheets eased. 2nd round both the first two marks with Whooper just ahead and the rest of class 6 behind. Sheets eased again for the leg down the Solent and employed the barber haul to good effect, problems with the power going down the Solent leading to total loss of chart plotter screen but repeaters kept going. Close in at Hurst and hardened up for the short beat to North Head. Once round delayed kite hoist so lost out a bit to Blazer.  Dropped kite close to Needles Fairway and made a good rounding . Quite tricky leg to East Hook with 40 degree wind shifts but still made it in one and then a short kite leg to the finish at wreck buoy hanging into the tail of Xara.  4th overall fully crewed but 2nd in the two handed.  Very light winds on Sunday so return leg was cancelled.
